Our equipment and labor 'Shop Rate' for contractor support projects is a modest $50 per hour unless otherwise specified

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3D CAD Timber Frame design - $55/hr (typically $3300 +-
for a custom frame design, less for a standard frame with revisions.) 35% refunded when frame is ordered. 

 

  

 

 

 

 

Custom Sawing up to 30" diameter x 46 feet - 1 hr min charge (avg production varies based on available logs and species)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Custom Planing up to 8" thick x 24" wide, one side per pass - 1 hr min charge (avg 40 - 60 linear feet/min for boards)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Large Bandsaw,arch work, brace work and resaw - 1/2 hr minimum charge.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Chain Mortiser work for custom beams, sills and fence posts - 1/2 hr minimum charge.

Bandsaw mill blade sharpening service- $10 each for 10 degree pitch, 7/8 inch tooth spacing blades. $8 each for orders of 10 blades or more - Best Results.(period!!)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Woodshop tool sharpening service-

When it comes to sharp tools, we don't fool around (and neither should you!)  Hand Planer irons, chisels and gouges are our speciality.
